Parts of speech (Using the Dictionary to find parts of speech)
I teach my class to differentiate between nouns, verbs, adjective and adverbs and to analyze, using the dictionary, when to use each. Also, to build word families for each word. This exercise sheet presents a reading paragraph where the students need to complete the missing words using a dictionary and trying to analyze what part of speech should be used each time.
