Review of Tenses
Two page worksheet offers simple overview of tenses via a table to be completed by the students. I usually ask students to compare the tenses (special attention is given to the auxiliary verbs: do - simple, be+-ing - continuous, have - perfect.) Speaking activities must be monitored, follow-up is necessary to make sure the students understand the usage of tenses. Simple gap fill exercise follows. In the last exercise topics are suggested, where special attention is to be given to particular tenses. I hope you find it useful. Enjoy!
