This is good either to practice as a straight dialogue in pairs, or to use as a gap-fill, or you can cut up the individual sentences (or into smaller parts) and use to reconstruct the conversation - either bit by bit or as a jumble. Also practices English language word order. Plus those odd idioms like ´here you are´ (always confusing).
