First they read the cartoons (taken from http://www.rd.com/all-cartoons.do) and answer some questions about them (guided thinking); on the second page they re-tell the stories with their own words (writing & summarizing development) and they answer some questions about the main topic (reflection); on the third page they organize their ideas with some questions, discuss the main topic in pairs, in groups and as a last task they write their conclusion after the discussion.
