This activity is very successful among my students. It leads to discussions over several topics using conditionals. It can be used as a mingle activity (each st picks 1 situation card and asks classmates their opinion about it), or a group actvity in which you place the cards on a pile and sts take turns reading and discussing the situations in each card. Enjoy!
