Put the first sheet of paper outside the classroom and then separate students in groups and give each group the sheet of paper number 2. Then tell them they have to get out of the classroom to find out what kind of problems the people in the questions have. Then after they get the pieces of information, ask them to solve people´s problems using the structure "should have".
