Plant Potting Exercise
I use this with clients as a fun learning activity. I purchase a potting plant, a ceramic pot, and some soil. I allow the young person to complete the worksheet and decorate the pot before they plant it (may need time to dry) and take it home. This exercise has them consider being responsible for something other than themselves, and also asks them to look at their own self-care. I prefer to write the answers on a white board so that itīs more interactive. Hope you enjoy!
