IF SCHOOL WERE MORE LIKE BASEBALL
THIS IS A VERY APPEALING SHORT POEM FOR VERY YOUNG LEARNERīS. IT HAS BEEN DIFFICULT FOR ME TO TEACH POETRY AMONG YOUNG CHILDREN, AND IīM TRYING TO DESIGN SOME EXERCISES BASED ON AMERCIAN POETS WHO WRITE FOR KIDS. I WILL BE POSTING THEM BY AND BY. THOUGH SOME EXERCISES ARE SHORT, THEY CAN BE USED SO AS TO INTRODUCE THIS LITERATURE BRANCH LITTLE BY LITTLE AND THE POEMS CAN BE MEMORISED BY YOUR STUDENTS:-) HOPE YOU LIKE THEM!
