"Sound it Out" Phonetics Activity: A to H (1 of 2) [more in the series to come]
Have students name the objects they see on the left then identify the first letter in the names of each object and write the letter 5 times –big and small—in the space after the arrows. Alternatively, use as a listening activity and say the objects. Students must then identify the beginning sound they hear for each object and write the letters matching those sounds in the space provided. After, have them find the words in the wordsearch.
