Conversation Class about Complaints (Teacher´s copy with answers and instructions)
This is a worksheet containing warm-up questions on complaints, a listening activity taken from a TOEIC examination and questions about it, role play activity (instructions and cards included) and some pictures in order to prompt some more discussion.
