Make Your Own Calendar Wheel This is a great arts and crafts activity that can be followed by some oral practice for saying days, months, years and dates. Get the student cut out all the circles in the file. Then all they need to do is write in the months and days. Afterwards fasten it all together with a paper fastener, and you have your own calendar wheel. Then get the students to work with a partner, turn the will to a month and day and ask their partner: What is the date? It is the 23rd of October!
