Occupations - business cards
Students are given a business card each, 32 different cards included, plus blanks. Students have 5 minutes to think about their job and to write three things that they would typically do in their occupation. They then meet with three to four other people and introduce themselves and share what their job is. At this stage students decide whether or not the tasks are appropriate to the job title. The final step is for students to introduce someone they have met at the conference and describe to the class what they do.
