I´ve designed this worksheet to work with complaints. First you can cover the sentence and ask the students what do they think is the complaint about. Then uncover it and let them see if they guessed or not. Second page it´s a discussion worksheet students decide which sentences are suitable and what would hey say if they are not. After that, you can role play a conversation. Let them use their imagination!!!
