Present Perfect Discussion or Bingo Board
This activity card can be used as a bingo game or as a worksheet. For Bingo, the caller will ask a question in the present perfect from the cues on the card. Students who can answer affirmatively raise their hand. Then the caller will ask a specific question in the past tense. Optional: After that question is answered, the student can cover the square with a coin or paper square, or whatever for Bingo.
Example
Caller: Have you ever been to Australia?
Student: I have.
(Optional) When did you go there?
Student: I went there last year.
Of course, questions can be changed according to the studentsī
whelm of experiences. Or you can ask all the quesitions in the negative form. Or just use this sheet as a spring board for discussion between student groups/the class and teacher...have the students guess the teacherīs answer.
Enjoy!
