Each player is given a card in turn. He must: 1. the definition of the word 2. the past simple of the word 3. make a sentence with the word using the past simple. If he gets it right, he keeps the card. If he gets it wrong, the next student has a go at doing steps 1,2 and 3. If he gets it right, he keeps the card. The winner is the one who has the most cards at the end of the game.
