An I love Her (Beatles)- song activity
Pre:Teacher asks students if they like the Beatles and their love songs. Teacher elicits from students names of their love songs.
While: Teacher hand out the lyrics. Students complete the sentences with the verbs in the box. They must add -s/-es if necessary. Teacher plays the song to check answers.
Post: Teacher writes answers on the board. Teacher asks students if they feel the same as what was described in the song. Teacher plays the song again and students sing along. If they are kids, the teacher can ask them to "acting out" the story in the song, exaggerating their body expression.
