I used this for day one in my English camp. Have the students break into groups of 4-6 decide which planet or comet they want to be from. After they decide have them fill out the chart on page 2. Then they will roll the die to decide the living conditions for their race of aliens that they are creating. Then have them fill out the worksheet 1-7 (page 1). They may need materials for creating the flag. When they are finished you can eiter have them present what they´ve done to the whole class, or put them in groups where there is on alien from every planet and then they each take a turn talking about their alien race. It really helps if the teacher gets into character! Be an alien with them!
