2 of 2 LISTENING COMPREHENSION - The Detective Club - 100 min
This is PART 2 of a listening comprehension worksheet I prepared for my 9th graders. There are 10 tasks -- fill in the missing word, complete the sentence, true or false etc. -- revising simple present and simple past, but first and foremost listening skills. It is a cute story about children who start a detective club to solve mysterious dog disappearings. ***ca. 70 min listening file. *************************************************************************** ===> IMPORTANT: You will need the AUDIO FILE „The Detective Club“ (download at http://www.esl-dresden.de/the_detective_club.zip BIG FILE) which consitst of 10 .wma files that you can open with Windows Media Player or put on a CD. You mustn’t use them commercially! There is a German intro to each section, please fast forward these, when listening to it. I apologize for uploading two files for the worksheet, I didn’t want to delete all the images and as they are now they are way too big, even for the new file limit. Sorry! I hope you enjoy the task as much as my students did!
