Planning a weekend away
Ask learners to work in pairs and give them a situation card and a worksheet to complete. Learners have to find the ideal short holiday for the couple / family, finding out particular information they need to record on the worksheet. Learners can use a combination of magazines, guidebooks and computers for this a activity. Once finished students then can feedback to the rest of the class about their findings.
