I put together two pages of information to summarize the benefits of using dictation in the classroom.(references are listed on the second page). Examples of how I have used dictation are included. Also contained in these two pages are ideas about how to use dictations in a meaningful way and how to make them more fun. I have personlly used several of these ideas and classroom activities with my own classes with positive results.
