Waterloo Sunset
A writing and listening exercise based around the romantic Kinks´ song ´Waterloo Sunset´. Students use the vocabulary to compose new pieces (letters, stories etc) in groups, then listen to the song as a gap-fill exercise. Could be useful as part of a series of lessons on British culture.
Note - to keep the file size down I had to delete the beautiful black and white photos of Terence Stamp and Julie Christie, but they are easily found online.
