Time On Task Data Collection Form

Time On Task Data Collection Form. Every 6 seconds put a plus + or a minus - to indicate whether the student was on task or not. Every 10 probes (x 6 seconds) is equal to 1 minute. Observe for at least 15-20 minutes. Calculate the percentage of pluses that the student has earned divided by the number of observations taken (plus or minus) to determine the percentage of time on task. Record any additional observations below.
