Hi, there. Hereīs a very simple worksheet which will allow you to practise personal questions/answers with your students. You can start by brainstorming the possible questions and the answers, using the example, and then move on to a speaking/writing activity, in which each student has to complete a table with informationj about their partner. I actually called it an "interview with a classmate". Itīs all original (apart from the picture, which has no copyright), so feel free to use it as you like.
