I came across this beautiful poem/story about some crayons that didnīt get along. I read it with my students because there were some tolerance issues among them and I had a great response. This is a powerful story with a wise moral. Thereīs also a second very short poem to close up which I took from this site http://shaneshares.blogspot.com/2007/09/crayon-box-that-talked-activity.html I hope you enjoy this story as much as we did
