English worksheet: Giving Directions Chunks Giving Directions Chunks

You can use it together with the map of a city (conceived for London but applicable to every city). Let your students work in pairs. One is a policeman who gives directions, the other a turist asking for directions. After 3 minutes they change their roles. At the bottom of the worksheet you can also find a little exercise that consists of enlarging the thematic field of the parts of a city.
