IRREGULAR VERBS STUDY CARDS SET 2 - SIMPLE PAST - Fully Editable worksheet

Print these cards in a different color paper so that your Ss can play CONCENTRATION game with SET 1. For playing concentration game, get your Ss into small groups (4-6). Give each group 15-20 cards in base form and their corresponding past tenses cards. Ss shuffle ALL the cards together and put them face down on the floor. Student 1 turns over 2 cards, one of each category/color (base form and simple past). If student gets a match, he/she takes the cards and that´s a point for him/her, and has the chance to play again. If student doesn´t get a match, he/she has to put the cards face down exactly in the same place where they were before so that the others remember where these verbs are. It´s better if Ss just flip the cards over but don´t hold them or remove them from their place. PRINTING EACH SET IN A DIFFERENT COLOR PAPER IS MUCH BETTER FOR PLAYING THIS GAME.
