Where is the Spider ? Halloween Preposition Cards (with 18 cards and a poster)
This file contains 18 preposition cards (with 9 images I drew myself), 6 backing cards and a poster.
Use these cards for a simple matching or memory game. Use the cards together or separately. Get a toy spider and encourage your students to place the spider in certain places in your classroom and then use the correct prepositions to explain where the spider is located.
Please note that there are black and white versions of the cards but not the poster. The poster is only available in colour at this time. This is due to the size of the file. (I didn’t think I could fit it in and have it be under the 500kb limit.)
I am aware that the “jack-o-lantern” is more of a bucket, candy holder or basket but writing jack-o-lantern on the cards made a bit more sense to me. Feel free to edit the cards.
Have fun!
P.S.
I also have a set of “Where is the Frog” cards that you might like.
