This is a very simple worksheet for students to build their family trees. I usually do a speaking exercise after they have finished the family tree: I tell the pupils some of the names in one of their classmate´s worksheet, and they have to ask him/ her, in English, of course, who that person is (they have to know the vocabulary related to family ties in order to answer).
