poems with "if-sentences"
These three poems will be a great example in explaining Conditionals. After reading one of the poems, you can ask your students translate the sentences with Conditionals. Then you should present a simple formula of three Conditionals (see my other printables) and explain the difference. After that you can offer students to read the other poems and tell what they would do in that or other situation, simply replacing the words in the sentences. Example: if I had a donkey would i eat/feed/cut/drop/plant him?
