My Favourite Things
This is a listening / language arts lesson based on the song ´My Favourite Things´ from ´The Sound of Music´. Students must listen to the song (a video can easily be found on Youtube) before answering some questions to analyse the song. They must then think of their own list of favourite things and discuss it with a classmate. You could also give students the lyrics of the song so the lesson would include a reading element.
