What a wonderful world by Louis Armstrong
I ask pupils to fill in the empty spaces with words from the word banks ; there is a word bank for each paragraph.There are two pages .
I ask pupils to give definitions for some terms or equivalents
or I show them flashcards to illustrate the words especially if the pupils are beginners .
Finally I ask pupils to indicate some phonological rules such as short , long vowels , diphthongs , stressed syllables and intonation and of course we sing it together !
