This is a great song to teach present continuous. I have deleted many of the words so the student can listen and fill in the blanks. You must go to youtube or have the song on your computer or a CD. It is Tomīs Diner by Suzanne Vega. It is very easy to understand and there is an acoustic version on youtube without music so you can hear it even better.
