Exercise on Present Simple. Students fill in the blanks with the right verbs (hints are provided on top of the page, but there are more words than there are blanks!). Afterwards, you can ask students various questions about Jason (e.g. How does he get to work?), so they answer with the 3rd person forms (e.g. He WALKS to work, etc). To reinforce understanding, afterwards, you can ask them similar questions about themselves (e.g. How do YOU get to work?). Hope it helps.
