Making a News Report
The idea is to show them a documentary about animals, it can be any video. While they watch the video they have to pay attention to " any grammar, vocabulary, etc" you would like them to pay attention to. After watching the video they have to pick a partner and make a news report about the video, they have to use the vocabulary, grammar, etc they listened to.
The idea is to make them improve their listening and speaking skill.
