What does Peggy look like? - Complete the story and tell us all about Peggy Lou - Describing People and Clothing
I pretty sure you have seen similar activities before, I did it myself, but when I thought of this one I was looking forward to seeing my students put a little bit more of their previous knowledge (verbal and non-verbal)into action. I start the activity by completing Peggy Lou´s profile, like giving physical characteristics and clothing. Then I am encouraged to draw and color the picture below, which is a lot of fun even to adults. As an accountability, I can say which observational, physical and clothing characteristics were used, or even a competition on which Peggy Lou looks the funniest or prettiest.
