This role-play is designed for students in International sections or in Business or even students planning to work abroad for one year in hotels or catering. Suitable for intermediate or advanced level (B1, B2, C1, C2). Each student has a card (the teacher may organize the cast according to the level of each students and differentiate ie: good level would be the manager and low level would be the trainee) Each act should be rehearsed at least twice except for Act 3 that must remain a surprise and a way for the students to improvise.
