Christmas writing assignment
Pupils have an assignment to write an essay titled "Christmas miracle". Detailed instructions how to do it are written in this document: main and supportive characters, examples of what can happen in their stories; and additional advice about the story itself. This is a great idea for younger AND older kids because you are not limiting them to only one subject (their story can be sad and touching, but also funny and silly) and they are developing their imagination (inventing new worlds and places, fantasy characters etc. You can give them this assignment for homework and when they are done - YOU DONīT CHECK THEIR GRAMMAR! Take a cute red (or some other color) line and tie all of their stories together in a "Christmas miracle" story book. :)
