This activity sheet has two parts. 1) Students listen to 5 dialogues between a caller and an emergency operator (9-1-1, ect). SS fill out a chart with information they hear. WHo called? What´s the emergency, etc... 2) Students practice reading the dialogues with a partner. They have to change the details of each dialogue. The new details are written below each dialogue. Good LUck!
