Sports-related collocations
- Cut the sheets up into cards.
- Put students into groups of 3 or 4.
- Deal out the black cards to the students.
- Lay down the blue cards on the table in a grid.
- Students take turns flipping one of the cards on the table, then try to make a collocation with one of the cards in their hand. If they succeed they keep both cards, if not, the flip the blue card back over and it´s the next student´s turn.
- the game goes until the first student gets rid of all their cards.
