SAYINGS PUZZLE CARDS!!
I usually cut the cards and put them into an envelope. Then I divide the class into a few groups and get them match the beginnings to the endings of the sayings. When they finish, you can discuss these sayings asking them to explain it or choose which one is the most interesting and why.
