DUCK; FROG COW FISH DONKEY MOSQUITO, KINDERGARTEN
ACTIVITY CARDS IN PAG 1+ ANIMALS FLASHCARDS PAG 2 . ACTIVITY CARDS are in B&W to save ink and because children will colour them, describing the colours they used. The teache´S flashcards are coloured. The teacher reads the name of each animal and children repeat it several times, using different kinds of voice (it’ funny). Then they join the dots to write the names of the animals. The teacher can print a WS for each child and asks:” Show me …the frog/the fish/the cow…” . 2 pages. Printer friendly: the background doesn´t print.
Finally then say which is the animal they prefer.
You may also invent a story using these animals; it could be an interactive story too...
Another game: a student makes the noise of an animal and another one has to guess the English name of it.
Have fun!
