Irregular Verbs BINGO
There are twelve bingo cards. ( This game was made for a 24 student class, where students work in pairs ).Each card contains a grid of squares ( 5 X 5 squares), with each square containing a different past simple verb. Each player is given one of these bingo cards, and the aim of the game is to mark off a row, column or diagonal of squares (in some versions, the aim is to get all squares marked off and say “ full Bingo”). Squares on the cards are marked off by the players with a colour marker when the bingo caller (who also acts as referee) calls out the corresponding infinitive verb. When checking if the card is correct, the teacher says the infinitive and the student asnwers with the past simple form and translates the infinitive to his / her own language.
You can use only half the cards, so that it doesn´t take so much time getting BINGO.
