Essay Writing Assignment - Comparing Chinese & Western Culture
This was an essay writing assignment with 4 choices for my college culture class (Chinese). The topics include a comparison between Western and Chinese values, ideas about bringing up children, being a single mom / teenage mom, thoughts about abortion, life without a father, divorce, and a few other things that came up in the class. It was a very good way to make the students apply what they had learned as differences in culture to their own lives and think about their own values and how how the information could/should affect their lives.
