FOOD_I HAVE GOT SOME...I HAVENīT GOT ANY...
This was designed by me for a group, age 8-9, following "Happy Street 2" course. To use only after the pupils have learnt the words denoting food well, incl. their spelling!! The pluses are that you can change the pictures, download your own. Actually, there are more pictures of food in the original file but I had to delete a couple of them for the file to fit the size under 500 Kb. Hope youīll enjoy this! From my experience, I asked the pupils to first circle the food they have got with a green marker, and then to circle what they havenīt got at home with a red marker. If at this lesson your objective is "has got some/hasnīt got any" structure, you can collect the worksheets when the pupils have finished and then ask them to pull one but not theirs so that they can say what food another pupil has or hasnīt got. Or, you could ask questions, and the kids will have to answer with a full sentence. Ex: - Has Vanya got ice cream? - Yes, Vanya has got some ice cream. So, this worksheet can be useful in lots of ways!
