This worksheet might be useful if you want your students to practice past simple and biographies. First they have to fill in the gaps with the right word (mainly verbs). Then they have to show they have understood each paragraph matching it with the right picture. Finally, they have to put the biography back in the right order, writing numbers next to the different paragraphs. NB: I´ve noticed some of my students had poor knowledges about civil rights or Nobel Peace prize... that´s why i advise you to introduve this worksheet by a short activity introducing these notions! Hope you find it useful!
