An authentic text about an attempt to revive milkman-services in the US - for quality and many other reasons. Although supermarkets have their advantages they did a great job in killing off the corner shop and milk, previously delivered by the local milkman, and which had undergone treatments to make it last longer, could also be bought there too. A text to prompt discussion about how we shop and how the products we buy have changed.Langauge execises with a key have been added.
