Six speaking exams on phone calls
There are six role plays between a caller and a receptionist/telephonist/switchboard operator or a secretary, three cards on each page. I use them with my Business English students to test my students in different situations: holding on and being put through, leaving and taking a message, leaving a message to be called or to be sent an email, etc. I deleted the picture showing a telephonist from all the cards except for two first ones to meet the size requirements. I hope you like it.
