quality of life worksheet

This is a reading about the quality of life in Korea compared to other countries around the world. It uses statistics from the UN´s Human Development Index and has many interesting things to say about how South Korea stands up in the world. On the second page are group discussion questions. I used this for high school after school classes and it worked great. I encourage people to print off the HDI list of countries over the years to give students an idea of where countries stand and where they´ve moved over the years.
