Playing a class game of charades is a great way to introduce action verbs. Have students take turns drawing a card and then acting out the verb for the class. (If student has trouble reading the card or understanding what to do, you can whisper some helpful hints into his ear.) Students have fun acting out and guessing the verbs, itīs fun for all ages and levels.
