Complete lesson - first students put the box office conversation in the correct order, glue into book, translate then practise with partner. Choose 4 Ss to be box office staff and give them the cinema listing and tickets. Give the other students the customer cards which they have to read. Make sure they understand that they have to make decisions according to who is going to the cinema and the time - not read out the card like a script. Good fun for at least an hour!
